Quote journey / reconstructed

  1. ChooseIdentify the cleaning need.
  2. VisitWalk through the property.
  3. ScopeAgree what is included.
  4. QuoteReceive a written price.

Scope comes before price and booking.

Key decisions.

01

Start with the job.

Regular upkeep, a deep clean, a move, and a commercial space need different scopes. I connected customer segments to clear service categories rather than one generic cleaning offer.

02

Explain the price process.

A credible quote depends on the property. The journey uses a walkthrough and agreed scope before a written price. It adds a conversation, but makes expectations explicit.

03

Make delivery personal.

The website introduces Adriana and Guillermo, the current owners and hands-on operators. Their visibility connects the service promise to the people delivering it.

Outcome & next step.

A customer journey that explains the service, scope, and price process before booking.

Next: test customer understanding and quote consistency. Growth and conversion effects remain unmeasured.
