Proposed call flow / reconstructed

  1. ActivateConfirm setup.
  2. ScreenCheck unknown callers.
  3. InterveneInterrupt high-risk calls.
  4. ExplainShow what happened.

A proposed service flow, not a live detection system.

Key decisions.

01

Protection with control.

The team’s 15+ interviews emphasized independence and privacy. We proposed screening unknown calls before connection. Automatic intervention could prevent harm, but false alarms could also interrupt legitimate conversations.

02

Separate user and buyer.

I connected product positioning to two needs: older adults want control; caregivers want reassurance. A family offer addressed the buyer without assuming the user would welcome monitoring.

03

Make the business model testable.

I contributed pricing and go-to-market planning: a free tier, $100/year individual plan, and $240/year family plan. These were adoption hypotheses, not validated demand or revenue.

Outcome & next step.

Connected the protection concept to its users, buyers, and proposed business model.

Next: test consent, false alarms, and willingness to pay. No launched service or protection-performance claim.
